  • I can help you achieve your body transformation and fitness goals with a comprehensive  3 step program.

    1. Weight/Resistance Training program tailored to your needs and abilities.
    Weight/Resistance training is an important factor to maintain and build muscle when dieting, improve your quality of life by making you stronger, and increase your metabolism to assist with fat burning.  Muscle burns calories even when you are at rest.   To avoid plateaus, the program is periodically modified.  As your trainer, I will assess your condition, design a weight/resistance training program that meets your goals, make sure you're working out safely, and document and monitor your progress.  One of the many benefits of weight/resistance training is the improvement in joint strength and decreased joint pain.  By strengthening the muscles, joint stability is greatly improved.

    2. Nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals.
    Using your body composition measurements, caloric levels and nutrient
    requirements are calculated. I'll recommend target calories, protein, carbs, and fat amounts. Meal timing, food amounts and substitution suggestions are provided for the client. Periodic body composition measurements are taken to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan.  In addition, significant blood chemistry changes can be made...including lowering cholesterol and stabilization of blood sugar.  Click here for a some great sample recipes. 

    3. Cardio training to burn calories, strengthen the heart and increase lung capacity.  Cardio is a great tool to burn calories and strengthen the heart. It increases your heart rate and speeds up the metabolism.  Cardio training is great for endurance activities.  Your cardio should be intense enough to feel your muscles burning.  As a team, we will monitor your progress frequently with body composition measurements and tailor your program as your needs change.
